THE PRACTICE
Three disciplines. One operator.
DERIVED FROM A LIVED EXPERIENCE.
Biomechanics, footwear design, and movement science collapsed into a single way of thinking — a systems approach where the body, the tool, and the environment are all part of one connected problem.
Recognized by Red Dot Design Awards, the European Product Design Awards, and the International Design Awards. Certified NASM CPT, CES, and PES.
Award-winning and patented work that aims to address missing links in the human movement system.
Reading the body as a structural system - alignment, load, and movement decoded from the ground up
National Academy of Sports Medicine certified in performance and corrective exercise, bridging fitness science with design.
ABOUT
Resilience-driven designer & accidental engineer.
I turned medical adversity into a lifelong system for understanding the body — fusing biomechanics, product design, and performance science to build root-cause solutions.

THE ORIGIN
A rare childhood disease — Cushing's — taught me early to read my own body when the experts couldn't. That moment became a methodology.
Out of necessity, I adopted a mindset that still drives every project: address the cause, not the symptom. Where others saw a diagnosis, I saw a system to be understood, reverse-engineered, and rebuilt.
Later came disc herniations and scoliosis — not setbacks, but research. Each injury became a question, and each question pulled me deeper into biomechanics, recovery, and the architecture of human movement.
"If you have a body, you're an athlete."
Potential doesn't come from genetics. It comes from inputs. Give the body the right ones, and any body can adapt, recover, and perform.

THE MAKER
I'm a maker at heart — what began as a kid hammering and shaping aluminum foil evolved into advanced fabrication: woodworking, welding, digital fabrication.
Somewhere along the way the disciplines stopped being separate. Engineering, design, and movement collapsed into a single way of thinking — a systems approach where the body, the tool, and the environment are all part of one connected problem.
Systems thinking — every part informs the whole; nothing is designed in isolation.
Body awareness, restored — patented concepts focused on re-establishing how we sense and use our own structure.
