THE PRACTICE
I am a designer and movement specialist revealing the barriers to human potential and addressing these through product design, biomechanics / neuromechanics research, and deep understanding of the human movement system.
My background is a unique skillset spanning Design, Art, and Biomechanics. I graduated studying industrial design at Savannah College of Art and Design, after pursuing mechanical engineering and human psychology. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified trainer with specializations in Corrective Exercise Specialization and Performance Enhancement Specialization.
I'm a creator that builds off these foundations and researched theories. That instinct has pulled me through many different methods of make including but not limited to digital fabrication (3D printing, laser cutting), welding, woodworking, and industrial sewing.
I am a skilled hands on physical prototyper but am equally as balanced with digital design tools... proficient in 3D modeling and 2D visualization tools.
I have 5 patent pending technologies related to bio and nueromechanics aiming to address foot restoration and neuromuscular stimulation. This is apart of my ongoing work and goal to harness human potential. My work has been recognized by Red Dot, the European Product Design Awards, and International Design Awards.
